OHHH NO! You're probably visiting us here because your FABULOUS Loyal Soles did not fit or just wasn't your style. No problemo, with our easy return policy we will make sure you are still 100% satisfied. 

We accept ALL returns within 7 business days of receiving your package. Please be advised we WILL NOT accept any worn, damaged, or altered merchandise. 

Package your return and ship it to the address provided. We do not cover return cost. We will not accept any items without contact before returning item. Please contact us via email/phone first notifying us of the issue. Once the package reaches our facility and is inspected by our personnel we will determine the best way to take care of the matter. After the process is complete please allow us 24 hours to provide you with a discount code via email that can be used as a line of credit for your next visit. Original shipping cost is excluded in return process.The amount of the return will be included in the email.The amount for credit only includes the price of item NOT SHIPPING COST. NO CASH REFUNDS STORE CREDIT ONLY.
